STROBON C-1 Cree® Standalone Drone Strobe with USB Type-C Charging

This product is compatible with the latest FAA and CAA anti-collision light regulations for drones. It is visible from at least 3 miles at night.

The Strobon™ C-1 is our first USB-C rechargeable navigation strobe, designed for enclosed drones including:

• DJI (Mini 2, Mini, Spark, Mavic Air, Mavic Mini, Phantom, Inspire)
• Parrot
• senseFly
• Xiaomi
• Walkera and others

Specifically designed with DJI Mini and Mini 2 in mind, the Strobon™ C-1 uses a USB-C charging port and includes 15mm 3M Dual Lock fasteners that fit neatly under the rear motor mounts.

Weighing less than 4 grams, two units can be mounted on DJI Mini series drones without compromising flight balance or exceeding the 250g regulatory weight limit.

Fits between DJI Mini 2 body and rear motor mount when folded.

🔌 No Cable, No Fuss

Attach the light using the included 3M Dual Lock fasteners, or your preferred adhesive. Press the button to turn on. That’s it.

These fasteners offer a secure, vibration-resistant, and dust-proof mounting solution.

Enhances visibility from the ground during both day and night.

Top-mounted configuration provides visibility to nearby aircraft.

🎨 Colour Selection

Due to visual sensitivity and LED efficiency, each colour has different characteristics:

WHITE: Best visibility and efficiency
RED: Excellent for warning signals; second-best visibility
GREEN: Ideal for RED/GREEN directional navigation
BLUE: Lowest visibility; use for special applications only

Bottom line: White and Red offer the best long-range visibility. Green is useful for orientation. Blue is for niche use cases.

🧭 Usage

• Battery Status: Press and release the button when OFF
  - 1 blink: Needs charge
  - 2 blinks: OK
  - 3 blinks: Fully charged
• ON/OFF: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds
• Charging: Use any USB-C charger or USB port (cable not included)
  - Rapid blinking = charging
  - 1s ON / 2s OFF = fully charged
  - Charging time ~2 hours

⚠️ Notice

The built-in PCM module protects the battery from overcharging and overdischarge. If the light does not respond, it may be in low-voltage protection mode. Recharge to resume operation.
